My stay at the hotel was less than ideal, starting with a major renovation that wasn't disclosed before my arrival, which led to various inconveniences. The room I was given had a bathroom that didn't work properly, forcing us to use the lobby facilities. On the plus side, the staff were nice and apologetic, and the room was reasonably comfortable overall. But the odd odors and service issues really overshadowed the experience, and I wish there had been better communication regarding the property's condition prior to our stay.
